Inbox + Calendar Management
Monday through Friday inbox management including responding to emails, canned responses, and inbox organization upkeep. Calendar management includes setting up appointment types and scheduling links, adding appointments to your calendar, and, scheduling incoming appointments via email. Additional inbox organization and strategy available.

Meet the experts
Jessica has been working as an administrative assistant since 2011 specializing in inbox, calendar and client task management. She is a 2018 graduate from the University of Central Florida and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Latin American Studies.
Jaime has been using her Administrative skills for the past 10 years in many different capacities. As a volunteer coordinator, a self-employed music teacher, and the admin assistant extraordinaire of She Can Coterie, she uses her love of organization and systems to keep her clients’ projects and commitments moving smoothly.
