Inbox + Calendar Management

Monday through Friday inbox management including responding to emails, canned responses, and inbox organization upkeep. Calendar management includes setting up appointment types and scheduling links, adding appointments to your calendar, and, scheduling incoming appointments via email. Additional inbox organization and strategy available.

Caroline Sumlin

Caroline is a midwestern girl living on the east coast with her husband, stepson, 2-year-old daughter, and newborn baby girl! She holds a bachelors degree in broadcast journalism from Howard University. Caroline is a multi-passionate girl who loves all things organization, task management, blogging, social media, speaking, and more. Her insane ability to problem solve and organize almost anything makes her perfect for the role of Administrative Executive. She believes that we are called to live every day with intention and that often, a bit of organization and routine (plus a cup of coffee), will help us do just that. In her spare time, you will find Caroline serving in her local church, inspiring others on Instagram, spending time with her family, and eating peanut butter out of the jar with no shame.


Jamie Valdepena

Jaime has been using her Administrative skills for the past 10 years in many different capacities. As a volunteer coordinator, a self-employed music teacher, and the admin assistant extraordinaire of She Can Coterie, she uses her love of organization and systems to keep her clients’ projects and commitments moving smoothly.
