This custom and private portal was created just for you to hopefully make this process a lot simpler and clearer for you. View it as the hub that has it all! Important links such as, a digital copy of your welcome packet and a link to your private Slack channel where Haley will be checking in with you weekly. You’ll also find your payment schedule and a timeline of your program which will be updated weekly so you know exactly what has been completed.
Lastly, but perhaps most importantly, you’ll find a section of to-do’s that we will need you to complete prior to your start date. If you have any questions regarding your to-do list, please reach out to Haley in your private Slack channel, linked below.

Schedule Your Onboarding Call : Your onboarding call will happen during our first official week of working together and will kick off your 12 week Align & Activate journey. Visit our scheduling link [ADD LINK] to schedule your call. Keep in mind this call will be roughly 2 hours long. We can’t wait to get started!!
Onboarding Questionnaire : Visit this link here [ADD LINK] to complete your questionnaire prior to our onboarding call. It’s roughly 50 questions long, so grab a cup of your favorite coffee, take your time and relax while you fill it out. Please be as thorough as possible with your responses.
Share Documents : You may notice in your questionnaire, there’s several files we’ll need access to. You can drop all those files and documents into your Google drive folder [ADD LINK] .
Share Passwords : Also in your questionnaire you’ll find instructions for securely sharing your passwords with us. If you missed those step by steps, here they are below.

The Strategy Phase: Weeks 7-11 - October 13 - November 16
During the next 4 weeks our team will work together to structure your custom Relationship Diamond.
At each stage you will receive at least one strategy unique to YOU and your brand.
STEP ONE : First Hellos -- One Strategy
After gathering information during the audit and discovering more about you and how you best show up, we’ll determine the ONE core place you should be putting your all into.
STEP TWO : Go Deeper -- Two Strategies
We’ll create TWO strategies that will help you focus on your message, tell your audience more about yourself, and engage in conversation. This may look like an opt-in and email newsletters.
STEP THREE : Engage & Invite -- Three Strategies
We’ll create THREE strategies that will help you deepen your new relationships. This could look like building a Facebook Group, attending networking events, and 1-on-1 coffee chats. We’ll make sure you’ve got the right systems in place so the invitations you send get joyful, prequalified RSVPs!
STEP FOUR : Invite Them In -- Onboarding Experience Roadmap
Hooray! Someone has booked your services. We’ll build a custom onboarding experience roadmap that will make your clients feel at home. This will include a strategy for things like proposals, a welcome packet, and sending client gifts.
STEP FIVE : Throw a Great Party -- Two Strategies
We’ll create TWO strategies to help you fulfill expectations and deliver your services on time, while surprising and delighting your clients with bonuses along the way!
STEP SIX : Keep the Friendship Strong -- One Strategy
We’ll create ONE strategy to help you keep engaging with and serving your past clients. They’ll become part of your brand advocacy as you build your movement, which will lead to strong referrals and other great connections down the road!
The Delivery : Weeks 12 — November 17 - 22
At the end of our 12 weeks together our whole team will meet with you via Zoom to share our findings, present your custom strategy, and lay out your exact next steps for implementation.
Beyond Week 12 : 90 Days of Continued Slack Support + 90 Minutes of SOS Call Support (through Feb 25, 2020)
