She Can Coterie is looking for a messaging maven who lives and breathes strategic, engaging content to join our marketing team. Ideally, you’re a story-driven strategist, intuitive and heart-centered writer, and brand visionary who can create and repurpose compelling digital content to achieve engagement and results.
You’re a digital storyteller with a knack for bridging the gap between a brand’s here-and-now and their biggest goals. You can intuitively embody a client’s brand and genuinely wield their voice to gain traction, engagement and brand awareness.
You have a strong understanding of lead generation and how to strategically nurture the right audience into qualified leads by aligning the right messages on the right content platforms at the right time.

We have a team of 12 women who are experts in their fields, from design to tech and automation, ethical sales copywriting, bookkeeping and financial strategy, business administration, and more.

We’re looking for a storyteller and content analyst will help drive outreach efforts for She Can Coterie clients by researching and planning content marketing opportunities and strategies. To be successful in this role, you'll need to passionate about editorial, email and social media content with messages that resonate, close, and support each client’s unique lead gen model.
Here’s what we see you doing:
Understand client brand positioning and business goals, honing in on the right brand voice and content strategy to achieve results. Use that strategic understanding as the foundation of all content created.
Perform comprehensive qualitative and quantitative content audits in order to determine gaps in lead generation effectiveness.
Construct content strategies to tighten those gaps and optimize lead generation funnels.
Serve as the voice of the client across all digital channels: websites, apps, blog posts, social, and traditional marketing collateral.
In partnership with each client, build long-term content plans and short-term content calendars that will bring awareness, engagement, expansion and longevity to their brand.
Leverage market research, data, trends, SEO strategies and customer insights to create content that supports future growth.
Analyze content performance, using account metrics to ensure content delivers real business impact.
Partner with the internal team (creative, account management, technical) to align content with the larger picture of what we’re delivering for each client.
Participate in increasing the agency’s brand awareness through creating the agency’s own email marketing, blogging, thought leadership, press releases, events, advertising and social media.
we need someone who…
Has 3+ years experience in content strategy role, preferably in a marketing organization or similar agency
Has the ability to integrate different content formats (web copy, longer-form thought pieces, social media copy, blog content, one-pagers, etc.) into email and mid-funnel mediums
Has a strong understanding and working knowledge of lead generation and inbound marketing strategies
Has a segmented approach to tone, style, and strategy
Is resourceful, creative, and ambitious with a strong ability to prioritize
Is a team player - can work collaboratively and cross-functionally
Has a commitment to optimizing channel performance over time
Has the ability to manage content marketing strategies spanning multi-various client accounts on multiple platforms
